    Medium Roast. NINETY-NINES is from Women Producer cooperatives in Colombia, roasted by Founder Amy here in California, making the entire process women-produced. A staple of the Owlverick's lineup and inspired by one of our favorite aspirational women, Amelia Earhart ✈, Ninety-Nines is sporting a new look featuring Pilot Owlverick!   If you haven't had Ninety-Nines yet, it is a fan favorite and is one of the most versatile coffees that we roast.  Enjoy the notes of Chocolate, Caramel and Green Apple.     Meet Apri-Pop! Our January Roaster’s Choice is here to kick off the year with a little sparkle. Think dried apricot up front, cocoa smoothing things out, and a subtle sesame note that makes you lean in and say, “okay… that’s tasty.” This coffee comes from small growers throughout the Sidama region, one of Founder Amy’s favorite places in Africa for coffee. Farms here sit high along the Great Rift Valley, where the air stays cool and the trees grow tall. Ripe cherries are hand sorted, floated for quality, then dried slowly on raised beds in thin layers. They get turned and cared for all day, and covered at night to protect the flavor. The result is fruity, fragrant, and full of personality. Apri-Pop! is bright but not sharp, sweet without tasting like candy. The perfect “new year, new brew” energy for January. Fun, fresh, and surprisingly easy to drink every day. The blend’s dark roast technique, perfected since 1969, emphasizes body and flavor and has been refined through thousands of batches roasted by Grandpa Tang, Papa Tang, and Amy Tang to be the most exquisite coffee to start you up at any time of day. Saigon Nights is perfectly full-bodied and rich, with notes of Maple Syrup, Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut and a clean finish that you won't believe. There's NO BITTERNESS like the burnt "dark roasts" you might have had previously.
