The origin of Sir Owlverick’s dates back to the era of French colonization in Vietnam with Grandpa Tang learning the craft of coffee roasting. After years of practice, perfecting and tasting, he opened his first store and the next generation, Papa Tang, joined the business. In the 1980’s, Papa Tang brought the craft to America and several years later in 2016, Granddaughter Amy Tang decided to carry on the roasting tradition and started Sir Owlverick’s.
Sir Owlverick’s roasts coffee beans in small batches to create the most smooth and aromatic cup of coffee. Founder Amy ensures that each small batch is carefully roasted to bring out the unique sweetness of every bean. At Sir Owlverick’s, our goal is to live life purposefully and to inspire our community to do the same!
