With notes of ripe plum, candied ginger, and a drizzle of honey, it’s like autumn wrapped up in a cozy mug. Sweet, deep with just the right amount of herbal spice, this roast will have you swooning after the very first sip. This community blend comes from 5 dedicated producers in San Isidro, Colombia. Each grower carefully handpicks their cherries and delivers them to a centralized mill. Cherries are sorted by pH, Brix and acidity, fermented in sealed bioreactors for consistency, then dried slowly and evenly inside solar dryers to conserve water while protecting delicate flavors. The result is a coffee that’s as carefully processed as it is delicious. We love this coffee brewed as espresso-based drinks or a comforting drip. The fruitiness shines in a latte and the honeyed finish makes for a perfect pour-over companion. However you sip it, one thing’s for sure… you’ll be Fallin’ for it again and again. 🍁

The blend’s dark roast technique, perfected since 1969, emphasizes body and flavor and has been refined through thousands of batches roasted by Grandpa Tang, Papa Tang, and Amy Tang to be the most exquisite coffee to start you up at any time of day. Saigon Nights is perfectly full-bodied and rich, with notes of Maple Syrup, Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut and a clean finish that you won't believe. There's NO BITTERNESS like the burnt "dark roasts" you might have had previously.
