SAIGON NIGHTS is DARK ROAST. DIFFERENT. Saigon Nights is our bestseller and flagship offering. It's a unique family recipe of coffee beans pioneered by the Tang family over three generations. The blend’s dark roast technique, perfected since 1969, emphasizes body and flavor and has been refined through thousands of batches roasted by Grandpa Tang, Papa Tang, and Amy Tang to be the most exquisite coffee to start you up at any time of day. Saigon Nights is perfectly full-bodied and rich, with notes of Maple Syrup, Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut and a clean finish that you won't believe. There's NO BITTERNESS like the burnt "dark roasts" you might have had previously. And, of course, it balances harmoniously with our Owlverick's Condensed Milk Singles so that you can create an authentic Vietnamese Coffee (also known as Cà Phê Sữa Đá in Vietnamese). But it can definitely stand on it's own without cream or sweetener if you're looking for something dark, strong and clean...which just might be every morning.

SUBSCRIBE to receive EVERY Monthly Roaster's Choice Automatically! CLICK HERE Spring has officially entered the chat and BERRY DELULU is exactly the kind of coffee we want in our cup when the days get longer and the sun hits just right. It’s May so this month’s Roaster’s Choice had to be one of those coffees that feels almost too juicy, too fruit-forward, too good to be true. But we’re not delulu, we're BERRY DELULU! Sourced from family-owned farms in Aipe, Huila, Colombia, this organic lot comes from producers organized through ASOPCAFA, a group of 84 members cultivating coffee at elevations between 1600 and 2000 meters. Each farm averages just 1.5 hectares, with generations of care going into every harvest. With support in sustainable practices and quality processing, these producers are turning out coffees that are vibrant, expressive, and incredibly dialed in. This natural sun-dried process brings out a full-on fruit experience. Think raspberry and strawberry upfront, backed by a deeper cherry brandy sweetness and a syrupy body that lingers in the best way. It’s bright, it’s rich, it’s layered. Perfect for slow pour overs on sunny mornings or a fruit-forward cold brew that hits different in the afternoon heat. BERRY DELULU is playful, a little indulgent, and completely in season. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you pause mid-sip and go, wait… this is actually kind of unreal. Again, not delusional. Just real good coffee.
