HOW IT WORKS
Step 1. Order Your Gifts
Select any number of Owlverick’s Coffee Kits above and add them to your cart. Complete the Check Out Process using your billing address and your shipping address.
If all of the gifts are being sent to you at your shipping address, then you’re done! If the gifts are being shipped directly to separate addresses, move to Step 2.
Step 2. Send Us Your ‘Gift Recipient Address List’
Yes, we can ship directly to all of your recipients and all gifts include FREE SHIPPING! Click Here to Download the Gift Recipient Address List Form. Fill out the mailing information for each person who is receiving your gifts making sure to checkmark which gift and what color that they should receive along with a short message for each person. Email your completed Gift Recipient Address List to sales@owlvericks.com.
Note: If you want us to direct ship to your recipients, we cannot ship out until we receive your Gift Recipient Address List.
Step 3. Ships in 3 Business Days
We will ship your gifts to your gift recipients via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or USPS Priority (based on availability) within 3 business days of receiving your payment AND your Gift Recipient Address List. We make no guarantee on delivery date, but we’ll email you tracking numbers for each gift.
Yes, you read that right! Shipping is FREE either directly to you or to your multiple recipients.

- I ordered multiple gifts- how do I send some gifts to my address so I can give some in person AND send some gifts directly to each recipient? Send us your Gift Recipient List for all of the kits that are not going to your address. We will ship the rest to your address. Any questions, email shop@owlvericks.com.
- Will you let the recipients know that I am supporting a Certified Women-Owned, Certified Minority-Owned Small Business? Yes! Every Owlverick’s Coffee kit has an insert that tells them that you are supporting a Certified Women-Owned Minority Owned Small Business.
- Why should I take a chance on an Owlverick’s coffee gift when I could just send my usual box of chocolates or wine? We think our gifts are a great alternative to the usual chocolates, cookies, popcorn or wine. Receiving an Owlverick’s coffee kit will show your VIP that you put a lot of thought into them this year and in turn, they’ll think of you every time they make premium Owlverick’s coffee. Our coffee is sold in renown retailers like Whole Foods, Pavilions and Sprouts in over 10 states and we partner with institutions like the NHL Anaheim Ducks, Sony Pictures and Kaiser Permanente. We value your trust in us as your gifting company, just like your gift recipient will value their new Owlverick’s coffee or coffee kit setup!
- What is the default gift message if I don’t want to individualize each gift? Default gift message will be: Dear __(Recipient First and Last Name)___, Happy Holidays! Best, __(Sender First and Last Name)___.
- How long does it take to ship? Your Owlverick’s gifts will ship within 3 business days of your order. We will forward you the tracking number for your gifts as soon as they ship.
- What’s the cutoff order date for my gift to make it by Christmas? Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it takes for your kit to arrive but we will ship within 3 business days of your order. Our business is closed Dec 23-26 and Dec 30-Jan 2. We will forward you the tracking number for your gifts as soon as they ship. Remember – coffee is great for New Year’s Day too!
- How can I reorder coffee for my recipient? You can find the reorder page is here for all kits. Also, a coffee subscription is a wonderful addition and makes gift giving year round, you can find it here.
- I want to expedite shipping with MY own UPS or Fedex account. Can you use that? Yes, absolutely. Please email shop@owlvericks.com and we are happy to use YOUR business account for Fedex and UPS for expedited shipping. Please note that your gifts will ship within 3 business days of your order.
