Sourced from the Ahuachapán region of El Salvador, this coffee reflects a country in renaissance in their farming practices. Cultivated in clay loam soil and fully washed before drying under the sun, this lot showcases the classic regional profile with a clean, balanced cup that comes from careful picking, thoughtful processing, and deep-rooted craft.
The result is an absolute all-star in the mug with smooth vanilla, roasted nuts, and cocoa notes rounding out a medium roast that’s as versatile as it is satisfying.
