Today’s teens are in crisis. They face challenges daily, such as bullying, suicide, substance abuse disorder, anxiety, depression, school violence, and more. Tilly’s Life Center aims to empower all teens with a positive mindset and enable them to cope with crisis, adversity, and tough decisions effectively.

Through TLC’s curriculum, students develop coping strategies that strengthen their self & social awareness, self-management, relationship skills, stress reduction, and responsible decision-making. By allowing youth to apply different wellness techniques, including guided discussions, journaling, mindfulness moments, art, and role-playing, teens adopt a positive mindset, which enables them to successfully move past trauma, navigate challenges, and thrive.

TLC’s mission is to inspire today’s youth to reach their full potential as productive, kind, happy, and responsible individuals.
